    Founder and Lead Instructor

    Jian Wang

    Jian is a Senior Software Engineer and his volunteering experience in Canada Learning Code Week raised his interest in helping young people learn coding. He became an MIT App Inventor Master Trainer in 2018 and founded Ignite Academy to design and provide coding programs to young people.

  • Who is this for?

    Primary and secondary school students who want to learn coding and build mobile apps. You will build multiple apps through the course and be capable to build your own after the course and publish it to Apple Store and Google Play.

  • How much coding experience should I have?

    No programming experience is required. This 1-on-1 course will be customized based on your background and adjusted as you progress.

  • Can adult take this course?

    100% yes, especially those who has an idea and wants to build an app prototype for funding.
